Do it for Amy

This is Amy -- second from the left in case you can't tell. Wonderful friend, faithful Christian, funny as all get out, beautiful inside and out, lover of Swiss Rolls and Diet Mt. Dew.

She and John have been married for about 8 years. She found out shortly after their marriage that he was not the cause of her headaches. She had a brain tumor instead. She had it removed, had chemo, went bald and survived. She's tough like that.

This is Amy now. Second from the left again. Amy was recently diagnosed with breast cancer and had a mastectomy a few weeks ago. Amy has short hair now. In preparation for more chemo which starts next week. Two weeks from now Amy will be bald again. She's OK with that. Really. She's tough like that.

Amy emailed a request to a bunch of her friends and she asked us to pass it along to 10 people. Every Monday morning I get an email that tells me how many people visit my blog every week. This morning it said that there were 1,113 visits from people since last Monday. So I'm using my blog to pass along the request. I think that covers my 10. Now you guys can pass it along.

All you have to do is go here and click your mouse on this button on the right.
Your click on the "Click Here to Give - it's FREE" button helps fund free mammograms for women in need — low-income, inner-city and minority women whose awareness of breast cancer and opportunity for help is often limited. Your click is paid for by site sponsors, and mammogram funding is provided to clinics throughout the U.S. through the efforts of the National Breast Cancer Foundation.

You can do it. Every day. It takes less than 5 seconds, is totally painless and could save a life. You don't even have to be tough to do it. Just click.
