Senior soccer

Andi had this T shirt made for me. It represents a reality I’m not quite ready to accept.

Senior soccer picture

Our school makes posters of the seniors and hang them on the fence for home games.

Keegan told me how he and his friends had done theirs, but I didn't fully believe it till I saw it in all its' glory.

Whereas, 99.9% of boys will do these fierce looking palming the ball, poses, not these kids.  They each chose a hilarious “girl” pose to do, just because they’re weird.

Keegan loves Mamaw

I told Keegan tonight I was going to get him a temporary tattoo to wear the first day of school that said Keegan loves Mamaw. He immediately replied, “Why temporary? I’m gonna love you forever.”

Keegan loves Mamawwwww

This cracked me up.  My family (& Vicki) always just write random things on my calendar. Today's random thing (in Keegan's handwriting) said "Venmo Keegan $20"

So, I did.  It wasn’t long till he messaged me ‘fessing up of sorts. He thought I really believed I owed him money.  I knew I didn’t.  But I also know all I have to do is ask him for help with anything and he has never told me no.

Keegan’s Travel Soccer Team

This is the last year that Keegan played soccer with his traveling team. This means he only has one more season of  school soccer for me to watch and I’m gonna miss it.

Christmas

What a fun day of celebrating with my crazy family!  So blessed they could all be here.

Benjamin has grown so much this year. He towers over everyone else. Caden read the Christmas story to us and Mary and Joseph would have been proud of how he narrated their journey.  Amanda came with Ben and she is always a welcome addition. Christmas is always better when Tara comes “home” from Austria for her school vacation.  Wesley rode his motorcycle from Cape Girardeau to be here and he gifted me with my first ever 2,000 piece puzzle. Yikes! Mallory was here for her first time and she jumped right into the madness.

It was a wonderful day filled with fun, family and food.  And laughter. So much laughter.
