Carly's choice

Today Carly was the first to redeem any of the Christmas gifts that the kids received in the way of gift certificate cards. This afternoon she and I went out to lunch and then went to see the movie concert by Hannah Montana.

In 3D no less. And we got to keep the glasses.

There must have been 10,000 screaming girls in that movie and they screamed throughout the entire concert. Which is basically all the movie is - a concert of Miley Cyrus.

Carly and I wore our 3D glasses and she was right there in the midst of it all. Waving her arms and singing out loud in the theater. She was in her element.

And I, well, I kept checking the time by the nightglo of my watch and watching Carly enjoy a movie more than I would have ever thought possible.

If all the kids have as much fun on their outings as she did, this would have been an awesome Christmas gift for them.
