How Andi's doing

Allison, who is celebrating great news with her friend, Rosa, asked in my previous post how Andi was and I typed out a long comment to answer that question and then it didn't post and that was rather annoying, so I'm going the more direct route and making a post that hopefully will at least save. SO

Andi and I went to her doctor appoint Thursday. She is carrying Keegan very low and that is putting a lot of pressure on her muscles, causing cramping. In order to keep this family friendly, when I say very low, I mean the doctor could feel Keegan's head from across the room practically.
No reaching involved whatsoever. More like, "Well, hello there little guy."

The doctor told Andi he hopes she can stay pregnant "another month." That would still put Keegan being born 5 -6 weeks early if that is all he stays put.

She will stay on her anti-contraction medicine throughout the rest of the pregnancy and has orders to spend as much time as necessary with her rumpus in the air on 3 pillows to try to relieve the pressure and cramping.

Andi has only gained 9 pounds and her belly is growing well though. She has no signs of the trouble that she had with Sophie as far as the baby not growing or her fluid leaking out. Continued prayers that Keegan keep on perking would be great. And if he wants to swim upwards for a few extra weeks, we are certainly willing to wait on him.

And Allison, I have said many prayers for Rosa. I'm so glad things worked out for her. You guys have the greatest times - no matter what. God bless you.
