Turkey on my mind

As I prepare for our Thanksgiving dinner tomorrow, I can't help but laugh as I think back to last year's well done bird. Believe it or not, underneath this "crispy" crust was one of the most juiciest turkeys ever.

We are having our dinner tomorrow to make sure we can all be together and not rushed. There will be 16 around our table, enjoying a roasted turkey - not smoked, or in some cases, oversmoked.

Wes is standing by me looking at this picture and he just said, "Is that lava inside it?"
