Really? Who's in charge of decorations

at the psychiatric facility Ryan is currently living at? Each building on the entire campus is decorated in a Christmas theme and the ONE psych dorm is decorated with this theme....

Yep -- a HUGE sign on the top of the building and all the broken toys from the Island of Misfit Toys. At least it didn't say Misfit Boys.
