Notta Lotta

stuff going on around here. Jacob is gone with my mom for a couple of days. She was coming through town on her way out of town and he was the only kid around to be invited. Everyone else was gone swimming.

So he went to a cave today. That's really all I know about his day. Bill and I took Carly, Wes and Ryan to the 4H fair tonight to watch the stock car races. Sherie went along too and we all enjoyed the races. I managed to steer clear of my favorite fair foods and still have fun. Wes found it hard to eat popcorn because he had his hands covering his ears, but in between races he managed to make up for lost time.

This is our week off from school, so the kids are just swimming, going to camp and generally having fun - dreading Monday morning when they stop to think about it. I think their next big adventure of the week will be to go see Harry Potter on Thursday with Billski.
