PE at the ol' Comfy Couch Academy

Today we went bowling. First we did our school work, but afterwards, I took the kids to DQ for lunch and then bowling. Afterwards, we went to Wal-Mart, where I bought my Mother's Day gift. A new Singer sewing machine, which was on clearance for only 89 bucks. I'm sure it will do all I ever know how to do and lots more.

Jacob is starting Spanish class tomorrow night. That should be interesting for him. Ryan is still fishing every spare moment. He just invested in a new reel, so he's rarin' to go this week.

Everyone is working on eating healthier and exercising more around here. Some willingly - some, not so much. Jacob has noticed however, that he can walk 2 miles today easier than he could walk 1/2 mile 2 weeks ago. He has also lost 7 pounds :)

All in all, things are going smoothly around here. No personal crisis, no medical issues, no big news. Life is calm. Life is good. I like it that way.
