Faces have been removed
to protect the gullible. These hands belong to Carly and one of her brothers, who she talked into being a manicure test dummy. Which was all well and good until said test dummy spilled the entire bottle of polish remover before he could remove 9 fingers worth of blue polish. This unfortunate event happened because he didn't put his finger over the opening and flip the bottle the way I showed him and instead just did the bottle flipping part.
What's a mom to do? Give a lecture on paying attention and following directions? Of course. Why miss thisgolden blue opportunity to drive that point home? Make the child wear the polish to church?
Nah. This mom made a special trip to buy the remover in the jar with the built in sponge so that blue boy can just dip and twist. Which unfortunately caused some pain since he gnaws his nails and has a bunch of hangnails.
Which lead to another lecture on why you shouldn't gnaw your nails.....
