The "Pop" explained

I asked Andy, the PT dude this morning what happened with my shoulder the other day. Here is the official explanation. During the surgery, the tendons are repaired and tightened. That causes inflammation. When the inflammation went down some, the tendon was caught on a bone spur.

During the twisting under the car seat, the tendon rolled off the bone, which is what the popping sound was (like a rubber band). Then, once it was loose, I had an awesome amount of flexibility.
