Easy Sausage Casserole

Here's an easy, one pan dish that all of my family loves (except me - I HATE green beans).


Spray your pan. Layer sliced potatoes on the bottom. I use about 2 per person. Next, add a layer of sliced onions. Salt & Pepper. Slice a stick of butter over the onions. I also throw in some minced garlic at this stage.
Next add, 2 cans of drained green beans and top it off with a pound of sliced polish sausage. Sprinkle about 1/4 cup of water over the top.

Cover and bake at 400 till potatoes are tender. I won't be here when this is eaten later today, so I won't have a "done" picture. I'm also reasonably sure there won't be any leftovers, so you'll just have to trust me that this one is quick and delicious.
