Cortisone & Me

Yes, I still love cortisone shots. I think the one I got in my shoulder helped me enjoy Christmas with no pain. However, I think I might have done more damage to my shoulder when I couldn't feel it. The shot wore off about a week ago and since then, it's hurt worse than before with the added bonus of numbness down my arm.

I have an appointment with the orthopedic surgeon in the morning and I guess I'll find out the next move then.
