The fourth picture thing

Here are the rules:

1) Choose the 4th folder where you store your pictures on your computer

2) Select the 4th picture in the folder

3) Explain the picture

NO CHEATING! (cropping, editing, etc!)

Well, here's a bittersweet picture for me. This picture was taken of Keegan when he was 5 days old and very jaundiced. It was right before he started his bilirubin treatment. Pappaw had come over to check out his first great grandson and to share some secrets with him.

A year later, Keegan is learning to walk and Dad has forgotten how to. It makes this picture all the more special.
