Carly Harding-Kerrigan

Andi just called to tell me that Carly has visions of herself as Nancy Kerrigan as they were getting ready to begin their ice skating adventure. I asked her if this was before or after she was hit in the kneecap by Tonya Harding's thugs.
Her reply, "Let's just say the next picture I send you will be from the ambulance." Words like that do a momma's heart good, don't ya know?

But then......the phone rang just about 10 minutes later and it was with dread that I answered, already mentally planning what to do with Sophie and Keegan while I went to the hospital. As I tentatively answered, I hear Andi say, "I lied. She's great!"

Then I hear Carly shouting, "I did it!" as she completed her first lap. So although she couldn't hardly walk in the ice skates, once she was on the ice, it seems she was a natural born ice-skater.

Andi sent these pictures from her phone. Nothing like having an entire ice rink to yourself to learn how to skate.
