A different point of view

I was having breakfast with Sherie today and her son, Luke came in to join us. We told him about the Red Cross manual and he wondered if it meant that the one DOING the First Aid should not stop to apply cosmetics to yourself or if you should not stop and apply cosmetics to the person you were working on.
