So I bought this cookbook

from Amanda, who happens to live in Canada. She is selling them for her college graduation class. She is going to be an elementary school teacher. Amanda had bought a cookbook from our church last year and now I feel quite neglectful since I just mailed her cookbook without wonderful additions like....



These. As I went through my cookbook yesterday, I kept finding wonderful hand-written notes from her about different recipes. I can tell I'm going to have some questions about some of the recipes such as the one for Partridgeberry bread. My first question would be, "What the heck is a partridgeberry?"




And of course there is always that crowd pleasing Caribou Stew recipe.
