Oh good grief - this is great cake!

Make a fudge cake recipe according to the directions. When it comes out of the oven, poke holes all over it with a fork. Next pour a can of Condensed Milk all over the cake. When it has pretty much soaked in, sprinkle 1/2 of a bag of toffee chips over the top of the cake. Let it cool thoroughly. Microwave a jar of chocolate frosting for 30 seconds and pour it over the top of the cake. Sprinkle with more toffee bits if desired.

There is also the option of skipping the frosting and putting Kool Whip on the cake instead. Or doing it half and half like we did today.

My friend, Sonya, makes the best chocolate cake I've ever had. From scratch. Her icing is from scratch, too. This cake seriously rivals hers in moist goodness. I called Sonya to tell her about it and offer her a piece. Just a few minutes later, her nephew was at the door on his moped to take some across town to her. So if you aren't from our little town or you can't talk Sonya into making one for you, I highly recommend you try this one. It's simple and absolutely delicious.
