Cinnamon Rolls

Ever since we read about the Pioneer Woman's cinnamon rolls, we have wanted to make them. It is was even on my To Do list for home stuff.

Andi made them tonight. One thing she said she is going to do differently next time is to just rub softened butter over the dough rather than pouring melted butter over it.

When your house has settled over the years and has a slight lean to it, melted butter is not the way to go.

She said next time she would add more stuff in the middle -- and maybe some raisins for me. She also just made a simple icing rather than the one suggested. Overall, it was pretty easy and infinitely easier than the Tennessee Nutter Butter cookies she made this fall.
