"Scrap & Crap" at your service

I found this pegboard display for sale on line. It is one sided, but the peg board area is the same size as the display Sherie and I built. It sells for $238.75. She would need 2 of them to equal the display area of the one that we built. $477.50 plus tax. Plus shipping.


We don't call ourselves "Scrap & Crap" for nothing. With about 6 bucks worth of trim, a piece of barn metal, some leftover paint, a donated peg board and a lot of scrap lumber, including the sacrificial saw horse legs, we made this display for her shop.

It will sit out in the middle of the floor, is 2 sided and will have pegs on it, holding some of her frames that she will have for sale.




That would be over 500 bucks cheaper to make it in the garage quicker than she could have had one shipped. Right now, I'm feeling pretty good about that bit of savings -- and it's not even my money being saved.
