Home Ec 101 -- The good pupil

Having watched me make cheesecakes - and having helped me make some cheesecakes - today Jacob wanted to make a cheesecake all by himself. I put it in the water bath but other than that, I just stood by and gave verbal help.


We haven't cut into it yet, but based on how good it looks, I'm thinking it will be yummy!
