New bikes

After being gone all week, Bill wanted to go buy the kids new bikes last weekend and they were OK with this idea, so off to Wal-Mart we went. Carly, Wesley and Ryan all picked out new bikes and helmets.

Jacob is not much of a bike rider and never asked "hey, what do I get?" or anything like that. But not to worry, he wasn't left out. Bill bought Jacob a box of BBs and told Jacob they were for his school work so that we could use them as counter weights when we measure things on a scale.

Jacob never mentioned the discrepancy between the cost of a bike with a helmet and a box of BBs. When we got home, he helped the kids unload their bikes from the back of the truck and when he got inside he was surprised to find this waiting on him.......
