An Independence Milestone Sort of Day

We had one of those days today where as a mom I realize my kids are growing up just a little. Today Wes and Ryan were taking their baths and I could hear them just giggling and laughing.

Then they called me into the bathroom to tell me that they were ready to get out. They had washed their own hair and totally given themselves a bath. And they had done a good job of it.

So mom is not needed any more for bath time help. It's a good - but sad - feeling. The boys are growing up.
