Whirlpool's Idea of "Priority"
and mine are certainly different. They called me with a date for the repairman to come - May 16th. 6 days after the appliance broke. Hmmm. Not quite good enough. After a bit of "polite persuasion" on my part, the guy will be here in the morning. I think I was a bit further down on the priority list than they led me to believe yesterday.
