Andi's back surgery

Andi had a disk removed and some bone spurs shaved down in her spinal column that were compressing her nerves and making her arm and hand numb and burn.  She spent one night in the hospital, but as soon as she woke up, she could tell it was a total success. She has to wear a neck brace for a month or so while the metal plate they installed does its' thing and has some stuff grow on it to stabilize her spine. She will have a scar across her throat where they went in from the front of her neck.  She is so happy to be pain free!
