Kids Christmas program
Today was the first Christmas play the children have participated in at our new church. They did better than they had ever done before - I think because it was so much simpler and not such a big production. Carly, as always, knew everyone's part. I think she just might be a director someday.
Wesley - for the first time ever, spoke his lines loud and, clear. Maybe it was because he had been promised he could eat all the parade candy he wanted today if he did - and maybe it was just because he did. Either way, he was Joseph and did a great job. 
Sophie loved the music and danced in the row during the musical portion of the program. Love those kickin' pink cowgirl boots.
And Ryan -- not only did he do everything he was supposed to, but he looked like he was having a good time doing it. 
I've never seen a happier shepherd in my family.
