One of these things is not like the other

When your kids wake up in the morning and looks like overnight he has morphed into Dumbo, you immediately suspect something is wrong. In this case, you would be right. Andi called me to say, "Keegan's ear is HUGE!" Now sometimes Andi will exaggerate and say thing like, "Keegan has 19 million bug bites." so I told her I would come check it out.

Suffice to say, she wasn't exaggerating this time. When he ran, it actually flapped, which was sorta humorous in a really wrong way. We couldn't see anything on his ear or where he had been bitten. So I took him to the doctor and it seems Keegan had a teeny, tiny scratch on the tip of his ear that the doctor was only able to see with a magnifying light. Infection had gotten into it and caused cellulitis in Keegan's ear.

Thankfully, a round of antibiotics and steroids should clear it up and he will be back to his normal proportioned self in a few days. Sophie, of course, not to be left out, tried to convince me her tongue was swollen but I was able to diagnose a bad case of bagelstickingoutitis.
