Forget the chocolate - there's nothing like a new kidney to start your day off right

My buddy, Kate has a daughter named Grace, who has been waiting for a kidney transplant for years. The call came during the night and if all goes right, Grace will go to sleep tonight with a new kidney.

Every month medical supplies are delivered by the box load, where her mom connects Grace to dialysis every night before she goes to bed. One of Grace's greatest desires is to be able to swim in the ocean instead of just walk along it - something her doctors forbid her to do now because of the bacteria in the water.
