The Assembly

of the bike that would have taken me 6 years took Billski about 22 minutes. I don't even think he looked at the directions. I'm really like riding it. It's very comfy, I know it will get a lot of use.

I've lost 34 pounds as of today - which is a bit more than Sophie weighs. Hard to imagine lugging her around all day every day, but that's the equivalent of what I was doing.

Plus, the physcial therapy is helping my shoulder already and that makes me very happy.
