Happy Father's Day

My brother said something about how dad never told us how to live our lives - we just got to watch him and follow his example. I like to think that I'm doing just that.

My dad loved God, his family, his friends, life and laughing. That would pretty well sum me up as well.

Tomorrow will be 20 weeks since my dad died. It seems like an eternity, but I know it's not. I have the assurance that this entire life is but a blink of an eye and I will get to spend eternity not only with my dad, but with my heavenly father.

And that, my friends, makes all the difference in the world to me.
