Random stuff

Jacob and his friend, Tim, stood outside this afternoon, practicing their street performing art. Jacob played guitar, while Tim rapped Christian songs. Their collection plate was a nasty minnow bucket and all $4.49 that they collected will be donated to The Manna Market.

Jacob insists that I put in this post that today he won a spelling bee against Carly and Wes. Both of them have always been strong spellers. Carly was boasting before the bee began that she would no doubt be the winner. She was the first one out and that did not sit well with her at all.

I cleaned out my clothes armoire today while Andi laid on the bed talking to me. She was the first to mention that there seemed to be a distinct pattern to my clothing. I wear cotton T shirts. Nothing fancy. And it seems that a lot of them are blue. 31 blue cotton T shirts in my cabinet. That seems a bit excessive even to me. Sure, there were other colors, but all of them totaled together didn't come close to the blue.

I thought I would be glad to just go to physical therapy twice a week, but when I went 3 times a week, it was only for 20 minutes and at twice a week, he torments me for 40 minutes each. I know my shoulder is healing, but it still hurts every minute of the day and night. I'm ready for it to NOT hurt for awhile. Obviously I'm a whiner and I can't imagine how people live in constant pain every day of their life.

I have 2 cabinets to make. I have them drawn up and even went to Lowe's today to get the wood, however, just trying to pick it up by myself made me cringe and I left after just buying the hardware. I will have to take my handy helper, Jacob with me to get the wood.

I want pin stripes on my van. I've had this van for several months now and the color is just not growing on me. It needs something.

I also want new kitchen chairs. I've wanted new chairs for several years. Even bought some, but returned them. However, now ours are just falling apart at the spindles and I'm tired of gluing them back together.
I told you this was a random post.
