Happy Birthday Wes-Man

Wesley turned 10 today. Double digits. Hard to believe. The boys are currently all in love with Star War Legos, so Wesley's main birthday present is in transit - currently in Phoenix. It is 5 pounds of Star Wars Legos. I was just going go buy him some at the store, but when he saw all the cool things Jacob made with some he bought in bulk, he decided to trade a timely gift and go for the gusto instead. It will be here in a few days.

So today, he unwrapped a teaser gift, knowing there is more to come. We are all going to the basketball banquet for lunch. Afterwards, his friend, Reed is coming over to spend the night and go to the movies. They are also going out to eat at Golden Corral -- or the Hungry Heifer as my friend, Vicki, calls it. Wesley loves to eat there. Unlimited desserts are a magnet to him. You can tell he's my kid :)

Happy birthday, Wes-man. Momma loves you more than you can ever imagine and I thank God every day that I get to be your mom.
