Sophie's first honey buns









1/4 cup chopped nuts

2 TB honey

1/2 cup melted butter

4 TB brown sugar

1 tsp. cinnamon

can of flaky biscuits


Combine nuts, honey and 1/2 cup melted butter. Pour into loaf pan. Separate biscuits. In small bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon. Drop the biscuits in the bowl and cover them with the sugar mixture.

Stand biscuits on edge in pan, slightly overlapping in two rows - 5 on each side. Drizzle with remaining butter. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 3 minutes. Turn onto serving plate. Serve warm or cool.

I can't tell you if they are good cool. Ours didn't make it past the warm stage.
