from my mom was this cake pan to make filled bundt cakes. Of course, Andi was all over it and yesterday she attempted the first of what I am sure will be many filled cakes here in the boons.

She made a chocolate cake, with mint ice cream, then melted hot fudge on top and just to top off the topping, melted mint flavored kisses and oozed on a final bit of extra goodness. Not too shabby for her first attempt. I'm thinking strawberries in a pound cake will be coming up soon.
