"Cooking with Amelia Bedelia"

This morning Carly made her first cheesecake. The first instruction I gave her was to cover the butter in the bowl so it didn't splatter when we melted it in the microwave.



True, that should do it but I was thinking something a little bit different.








Once I gave more detailed directions she was good to go and her cheesecake is in the oven now smelling delicious.
