At the request of everyone today - we had this for lunch. It was a hostile crowd I had to hold off just in order to get this picture, so I hope it's worth it.
I made it Friday night for my family and a young girl that spent the night-her Mom and I and two other friends were out for a girls night out and slumber party! Anyway, they all enjoyed it very much. It had ground beef, pepperoni, cheese and black olives. I'll definitely make it again. The only difference I had to make was to leave it in longer -almost 45 minutes for it to get brown on top.
We tried it last night. I used what I had in the house...a ground beef/italian sausage combination with the pizza sauce and then a layer of mozzarella. It was a hit! In fact, J1 said "Mom I wish you had learned to make this a long time ago!" lol
I'm walking in the Diabetes Walk in memory of my dad.
I would appreciate your sponsoring me. Just click on daddy's picture to donate.
I blog because there is way too much stuff I don't want to forget and my memory fails me with increasing frequency. Plus, this way, I can not scrapbook and remain guilt free. Being guilt free is a good thing.
