5 things to do this year
I've seen on several blogs where people are making a list of 108 things that they wish to accomplish this year. That equals out to something every 3 -4 days. Such pressure.
That's not happening on my blog. Being the self aware realist that I am, I thought I would go for 5 things. In no particular order - well, that's not quite true, it's the order that I thought of them, my list is:
1. Come up with a recipe to enter in the Pillsbury Bake Off.
2. Invent a new cheesecake recipe.
3. Make a home-made pizza.
4. Learn what at least 2 of the settings on my camera really do.
5. Teach a kids cooking class. (This one is kinda cheating since I've already agreed to do this starting next month but I was really stuck for #5.) Since that was kinda cheating, I'm gonna list 5a.
5a. Find a billfold that makes me really happy.
If I can get all of this done, I'm gonna count it as a good year. If by some miracle, my recipe I enter in the cook-off would be chosen as the million dollar winner, the year would be somewhat elevated above a good rating.
