Tried a new recipe today for a cheesecake with an oatmeal and pecan based crust. It was a caramel filling with chocolate on top. I didn't care for the hardness of the chocolate, but I can see where if it was just a drizzle all over, it would have been better. Nobody but me seemed to mind.
