A new way of doing things

In the last week Sophie has decided that sleeping on her back is for the birds. That's all well and good in her bed, but can be quite tricky when she's in your lap.

This afternoon Soph napped in my lap for over 2 hours in her new position. She seemed quite comfy, but my legs were ready to move long before she was ready for me to move them.

Plus, I was STARVING. So finally after almost 2 1/2 hours, I told Jacob to bring me a bag of cookies. She never moved her head or body at all, but when I looked down, there was her hand, pulling a cookie out of my bag. Not a bad way to wake up!

When she is up and about - she's been in this mood lately. She is so much fun.
