You can find it here on her blog It was much easier to do than I imagined. Vicki watched me prepare mine and said she would be making it at her house too. I did not taste it because I'm not adventurous where my food is concerned. I used Papa John's garlic butter to roll the chicken in before I rolled it in the bread crumbs. Bill, Andi and Big Guy all really liked it though, so I'm sure that "wanna be chicken cordon bleu" will show up again on our dinner table. Who knows, maybe I'll leave the cheese out and try some for myself.
