Benjamin & Soccer

So I went to check out Ben's soccer practice.  He doesn't have real games, it's more just learning the basics. The first thing the other kids need to know is that there is always going to be someone taller and stronger than you.  In this case, that person would be Ben. These kids are all within a year of each other in age.  Those tiny boys are gonna have to do some catching up!

Ben's favorite part of the practice seemed to be running across the field and retrieving the cones.  I'm not sure exactly what this had to do with soccer, but I think it was just for the running exercise.

At the end of class (and sometimes in the middle) there was a whole lot of this activity going on. It was fun to watch him and he had a blast, so all in all, a great way to spend an hour a week.
