So I started a tee shirt business a few weeks ago.  It has taken off with a bang and I think it is going to be very successful.   Hopefully, it will involve Andi and she will be able to do this job from home, when she feels like it.

Carly's new job

A hair net, some scrubs and she's ready to go. Carly got a job and started last week in the dietary department of Transcendent Healthcare.  It's the place where my dad was living at the end of his life.  She works in the dietary department and really enjoys it.

Jacob and McDonald's

have parted company. After almost 3 years, he has decided to take some time off and enjoy life, before he moves out and has to be all grown up and this option is no longer available. It's a good move and one I encouraged.

Hate, hate, hate, hate, hated

the cafeteria job.  Not the job so much, as the way my foot hurt afterwards. It's obvious after doing it for 2 days. I am not far enough along in healing to be walking non stop for 4 hours straight at twice the pace of my normal walk.  I will NOT be a cafeteria sub.   

Employee of the Month X 3

The McDonald's the kids work at has over 60 employees.  Jacob has been working there about 2 1/2 years. He has just been named Employee of the Month for the third time.  This sure makes me proud of his work ethic. 

My bus!

I got offered a full time job today as a bus driver for next year.  I will keep this new bus at my house and just have to go out and drive, rather than go somewhere to get a bus.  A big time saver for me.  It will also have my name painted on the side.  I'll be sure and take a picture of that later.  Very excited for this unexpected blessing!
