Pie class field trip

Had a great time  with our pie making class. We had a wonderful dinner last night at  Farmhouse Bakery & Cafe in Mt. Vernon, Illinois. We spent the night at  the Hilton Hotel in St. Louis, playing games way past when we should have been sleeping. 

This morning we traveled to American Pie Company in Sullivan, Missouri, for a tour and a little pie making party.  We left with free T shirts and pies to take home.
