Jacob's house is done and he has flown the coop.

We bought Jacob's house in August and it was a full gutting and remodeling project. What started out as changing out the tub for a shower went to new roofs everywhere, new sewer lines, water lines, electrical lines, gas lines, walls, floors, gutters, shutters, siding, steps and everything in-between....including a new bathroom.   But it's done and it's lovely and should serve him well.

Wes and I have been living alone (together) since he moved on November 14th. We are adjusting quite nicely and Kelli spends a fair amount of time with us now that Mark has passed away.  

Zac tiled the tub for Jacob.  Wes and I made the shutters and David helped with a lot of things.  The thing I love most are the porch posts that David and I did for Jacob. They look great with the shutters and changed the whole look of the house.
