House Remodel Update

What started out as replacing the tub in the house that Jacob bought has turned into considerably more.  A new roof, gutters and shutters, a new foundation, new wiring, plumbing and gas lines. New floor joists, rafters and outside walls in 4 rooms. A crawl space was dug out from under the house.  The bathroom was moved to a new location, as was the furnace. Walls were torn down and put up. Rooms enlarged.  Doors were closed off. Windows moved.  The garage roof is being replaced. And when all is said and done -- it will still be a bargain and will serve him well for as many years as he wants to live there.
