Jacob bought a house!

Not all of my children are floundering.  Jacob went to an auction this evening and bought himself a house.  He will be moving out soon....to a house 9 blocks away.

It's a cute little 2 bedroom house that will be fixed up really cute when we are done.  I'm proud of him.
