Tendon Transfer Surgery

Underneath that lovely, DUKE blue cast, I have several icky looking incisions and one big dent in my leg where they took the tendon out.  The doctor told Andi and Kathy that he was able to attach the tendon to a bone and he was quite happy with that - so I will be, also.  The pain is immense and non relenting so I hope that is a short lived thing.  Got my knee walker and that makes life so much better than with crutches. I go back to Indy in 2 weeks for the staples to be removed.
