What makes a kid cry?

Apparently, dressing him like this...

because immediately after we took this picture  and told him how cute he looked, he burst into tears.  His main concern was the long sleeve button up shirt.  He did not like the tightness of it around his wrists and he hated the vest. 

Which was too bad because he was going to wear it while he and Sophie were filmed for a commercial for a therapist who specializes in child play therapy.  They were going to be her pretend patients.

Many tears and much discussion later, he agreed to wear the vest with certain stipulations.  The main one being he could take it off as soon as he felt uncomfortable.  

I think it's a safe bet if this commercial ever sees the light of day, it won't have a little boy in a sweater vest in it.
