Update on Keegan (and Andi) part 2

Andi feels better. Keegan, not so much. After 11 pokes last night, they gave up on trying to get an IV in and just tried giving him Pedialyte every hour all night long. He seemed better this afternoon and about 4 o'clock they gave Andi permission to nurse him. That started Old Faithful right back up with the vomiting and they decided to try again with the IV. They were successful this evening and hopefully, he will be feeling better soon.

Edited to add: Yes, they did do some blood tests and all they showed was that he was dehydrated.

Edited again to add: Andi just called at 8:00. Keegan's IV came out of the vein, but not out of his arm, so all the fluid was running into his tissue in his arm, which is now swollen about twice its normal size. The IV must be done again.

Edited once again at 9:30 pm. Keegan has his new IV - but they had to put it in his head.
